Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Klad: Home for everything you save ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Klad provides tools to save, organize and revisit links and content from other apps and services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Klad offers a free tier with save limits and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you save and organize using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Content and Services

The Service processes links from third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Polorix Sp. z o.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polorix Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and revising the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
